Use VowLedger as a planning reference
These terms describe the limits of VowLedger’s quote comparisons, venue directory and modeled pricing information.
Informational service
VowLedger provides general wedding-planning information. Benchmark signals, fit scores, budget allocations and modeled venue ranges are estimates, not statistical outlier tests, appraisals, endorsements, vendor quotes, availability confirmations or financial, legal, tax or professional advice.
Verify before committing
Prices, packages, fees, venue details and availability change. You are responsible for confirming all material facts directly with the vendor and reviewing the final contract before making a deposit or purchase.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal planning and research. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass technical protections, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent VowLedger results as official vendor pricing, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.
Third-party information
VowLedger incorporates or links to information supplied by research publishers, venue directories, mapping providers and venue websites. Those parties control their own information and services. A link or listing does not mean that VowLedger endorses or is affiliated with the third party.
No guarantee
The service is provided as available. While VowLedger aims to make its methodology transparent and correct errors, it cannot guarantee that every extraction, match, estimate, directory record or external source is complete, current or error-free.
Changes
Features, data sources and these terms may change as the service develops. These terms are effective September 1, 2026. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated terms.
